Brewing Instructions

  • Use one teaspoon per cup
  • Heat water to 100°C
  • Infuse for 3 minutes 
  • Drink with or without milk 
  • Add a good honey to sweeten 4 grams per 200 ml at 95ºC for 5-10 minutes standing
