- Use one teaspoon per cup
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse for 3 minutes
- Drink with or without milk
- Add a good honey to sweeten2-3 grams per 200 ml at 90ºC-95ºC and let stand for 3-4 minutes. Add milk or plant-based substitute.
