Important: Contains St. John's wort, which is known to interact with many prescription medications including antidepressants, contraceptive pills, anticoagulants and antiretrovirals. - Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse for 3 minutes
- Drink with or without milk
- Add a good honey to sweetenBrew 2–3 grams per 200ml at 90°C and steep for 5–7 minutes. Adjust to taste.
