Brewing Instructions

Use one teaspoon per cup
Heat water to 100°C
Infuse for 3 minutes
Drink with or without milk
Add a good honey to sweetenBrew 2–3 grams per 200ml at 95°C and steep for 4–5 minutes. Adjust to taste. Add milk or a plant-based alternative for a creamier cup.
