Brewing Instructions

Use one teaspoon per cup
Heat water to 100°C
Infuse for 3 minutes
Drink with or without milk
Add a good honey to sweetenBrew one teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 3–5 minutes depending on desired strength. For best flavour, use filtered water and serve immediately. Can be re-steeped 2–3 times. Store in an airtight container away from light and moisture to preserve freshness and potency.
