- Use one teaspoon per cup
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse for 3 minutes
- Drink with or without milk
- Add a good honey to sweetenBrew your Ethernal Elixir at 70–80°C for 3–5 minutes. Use one teaspoon per cup of water. Steep longer for a deeper flavour. Best enjoyed fresh, though leaves can be resteeped 2–3 times. Store in an airtight container away from light and moisture to preserve potency and aroma.
