- Use one teaspoon per cup
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse for 3 minutes
- Drink with or without milk
- Add a good honey to sweetenBrew 2–3 grams per 200ml at 95°C and steep for 4–5 minutes. Adjust to taste. Best enjoyed hot or over ice.
