- Use one teaspoon per cup
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse for 3 minutes
- Drink with or without milk
- Add a good honey to sweetenBrew 2–3 grams per 200ml at 90–95°C and steep for 3–4 minutes. Adjust steeping time to taste. Best enjoyed plain or with a dash of milk.
