Brewing Instructions

Use one teaspoon per cup
Heat water to 100°C
Infuse for 3 minutes
Drink with or without milk
Add a good honey to sweetenSteep one teaspoon per 200ml of water at 70–80°C for 3–5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength. For a lighter cup, brew closer to 3 minutes; for richer flavour, extend to 5 minutes. This blend re-steeps beautifully 2–3 times, making each pouch go further. Use fresh, filtered water and store in an airtight container away from heat and light to maintain the delicate balance of green tea, lemon, and ginger notes.
