- Use one teaspoon per cup
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse for 3 minutes
- Drink with or without milk
- Add a good honey to sweetenSteep 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea in 200ml of freshly boiled water for 3–5 minutes. Adjust steeping time to taste. Serve hot or allow to cool for iced chai. Works beautifully with milk and a touch of honey or sweetener. For best flavour, use filtered water and store tea in an airtight container away from light and heat.
