Brewing Instructions

Use one teaspoon per cup
Heat water to 100°C
Infuse for 3 minutes
Drink with or without milk
Add a good honey to sweetenSift 1–2 grams (approximately half a teaspoon) into a bowl or cup. Add 70–80ml of hot water (70–80°C). Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until frothy. Serve immediately. Can also be used in lattes, smoothies or baking.
